Swave is optimistic that everyone on the card will bring their A-game and perform to the best of their ability. The Summer Madness 3 card does not feature the most requested match ups or the most well known name brands that the international community wanted to see but Swave believes that this will put pressure on the scheduled rappers to perform well.

Debo expressed his thoughts on the Summer Madness 3 card. He says that he understands why people aren’t as thrilled as they had hoped with the battles presented to them, but also understands that “everyone on the card gets busy” and it could be a night full of battle classics.

There are two QOTR vets that will be facing off at Summer Madness: Jaz The Rapper vs Ms. Hustle. Debo does his job at hyping up the QOTR brand by saying that he feels Jaz The Rapper vs Ms. Hustle will be “the battle of the night,”. He went as far as to say that it should’ve been the main event.

Beasley Breaks Down Why Smack/URL Won’t Pay Lux $40k

VladTV’s exclusive interview with Beasley, which was conducted by Battle Rap journalist Michael Hughes. It’s been said that Lux requested $40,000 to battle Hollow Da Don. In an interview with STAR and HiphopDX, Lux stated that he proposed pay-per-view or streaming to bring in extra revenue.

In this interview Beasley breaks down why  pay-per-view Streaming could backfire on him and his staff after they’ve shelled out so much money on Lux alone. Beasley also mentioned the additional costs surrounding booking venues, production costs, etc

Beasley Explains Why Smack/URL Won’t Pay Lux $40k

Summer Madness 3 is this weekend . During the last two weeks a few top tier battler rappers have expressed frustration with the way business is being run in the Smack/URL camp. Cortez recently posted a blog addressing his personal issues with Smack/URL’s business relationships with battlers, and how he thinks things can be remedied. Cortez suggested that SMACK/URL focus on being more consistent with communication.
